Return PolicyThree pair of shoes or less You have 14 days from the day you receive your shoes at your home or office to send them back to us for either a refund or an exchange. BridalShoes.com does not charge any restocking fee and there is no return authorization needed. The above policy is for all orders of three pair of shoes or less. Four and more pair of shoes Orders requesting four pair of shoes or more (shipping to the same address) must be received back at BridalShoes.com within 7 days from the day the order was delivered at your home or office. Shoes returned beyond the seventh day will have a $25 restocking fee applied per item. This policy is strictly enforced due to inventory control reasons and to ensure that all merchandise is available to every customer. Exchanges Shipping fees are charged to the original card of purchase on all exchanges. All returns and exchanges are inspected prior to ship out and any shoes returned showing signs of wear, dyed, worn outside, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. |
