Shoe runs small. I wear a 7 1/2 to 8, I ordered an 8 and had to return them because they were too small. I had to return them for and 8 1/2. When I received them back, they sent me the same shoe in and 8 1/2, but with a 4 inch heel, and I also realized that they charged me $17 for shipping when it says that there was only an $8 fee to return. When I called the lady was rude and pretty much said that I should have assumed the charge that the $8 was to send it back to them and then there was another $9 charge to return them to me. I was very upset, not because of the amount but because they fraudulently charged my card an amount I did not authorize. I will not order from this company again. The shoe itself is beautiful, and very comfortable, just runs a little small.
